LOW-COST 2.4 GHZ CERAMIC DIPLEXER
Integrated Microwave introduces a low-cost ceramic diplexer (Model No. 930073 ) operating in the 2.4 GHz band. Channel BW is 10 mHz, and insertion loss is 2.5 dba. The 10db BW is 75 mHz. TX/RX isolation is 22 db. This miniature diplexer offers 2 poles per channel, handles 5W CW and measures 1.1" x 0.470" x 0.310" tall. SMT package is standard. Options include custom frequencies, and rejection points.

5, 8 and 10mm RESONATOR PRODUCTS
Integrated Microwave Corporation introduces three new TEM mode ceramic resonators. Along with the 3, 4, 6, and 12mm resonator sizes, IMC now makes 5, 8, and 10mm sizes. These resonators can be supplied in dielectric constant values of 8, 20, 36, and 98 with or without surface mount tabs. The resonators feature thick film silver coating for high adhesion and long solder leach resistance. Frequency values cover 315 MHz to 6 GHz with Q values up to 1220.

NEW COAXIAL TEM RESONATOR DATA SHEET FROM INTEGRATED MICROWAVE
A two-page data sheet from Integrated Microwave describes coaxial resonators made with modern, high-performance ceramic dielectric materials for use has compact frequency standards, filter elements and distributed inductive or capacitive circuit elements.

Coaxial TEM Resonators from Integrated Microwave are the ideal choice when cost, size and stability are important. They feature thermally stable ceramics in seven resonator sizes (3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12mm) and four dielectric constants (8, 20, 36 and 98).

Applications include dielectric resonating oscillators (DRO), Voltage controlled oscillators (VCO), pagers, global positioning systems (GPS), cellular and wireless communications, bandpass/bandstop filters, narrowband/delay filters and EMI filtering.

5.8 GHz COMBLINE BANDPASS FILTER
The 925064 is a 5.8 GHz combline bandpass filter. The 1dB
bandwidth of this filter is 2.0 %, with 1.5 dB insertion loss.
The –30 dBc bandwidth is approximately 4.8%. This compact and rugged filter is available with the following options: center frequency, connector, mounting holes, mounting tab and weatherizing for outdoor use.

VERY HIGH-Q, 850-1000 MHz BANDPASS FILTER
The Integrated Microwave 928103 is a low cost, very high Q
bandpass filter. The unit offers exceptional performance in the 850-1000 MHz band. 12mm resonators and integral notches challenge high-cost cavity filters with outstanding skirt selectivity, and very reduced size and weight. Insertion loss is 2.5 dBa (max) over 2.6% BW (1 dbc). The –50 dBc BW is 10.5%. Unit is approximately 4" x 0.5" x 0.65" (LxWxH). Options include: custom center frequencies and rejection points.

4-POLE, HIGH-Q, 1090 MHz BANDPASS FILTER
The 930320 is a 4-pole, high-Q 1090 MHz bandpass filter, with a 1.8% 1db bandwidth. The rejection at 14% bandwidth is 60 dBc. The unit is constructed using 12mm ceramic resonators, and is highly stable over temperature (about 5 ppm/C). Options include SMT/thru-hole packaging, custom center frequencies and expedited delivery.

LOW-COST 2.4 GHz CERAMIC DIPLEXER
The 930222 ceramic diplexer is ideal for many 2.4 GHz applications. It is available as a SMT device in bulk or tape and reel. Insertion loss is guaranteed at 1.3 dBa per channel, while Tx/Rx isolation is 32 dB minimum. Tx and Rx bandwidths are 12 MHz. At just 0.8" x 0.33" x 0.125", these 50 ohm diplexers are ideally suited for limited-space applications.

3.4/3.5 GHZ WLL BANDPASS FILTERS
Integrated Microwave Corporation introduces Tx and Rx ceramic bandpass filters for use in 3.4 and 3.5 GHz Wireless Local Loop (WLL) applications. These filters incorporate high performance in a small package, offering a reduced footprint on the circuit board.

The Transmit filter (3420-3441 MHz) has typical rejection of 30 dBc at 3520 and 3541 MHz, with 3.0 dBa insertion loss. The Receive filter (3520-3541 MHz) has typical rejection of 25 dBc at 3420 and 3441 MHz, with 2.3 dBa insertion loss.

SMT (leaded or leadless) available: units are reflowable, suitable for pick and place, or available with tape and reel packaging.

5.8 GHz LOW LOSS ISM BAND CERAMIC FILTER
This 5.8 GHz ceramic bandpass filter is designed for upper ISM band applications. The filter provides less than 1.2 dBc passband insertion loss over 2% bandwidth. Typical rejection is better than 35 dBc at 5.286 and 6.41 GHz. SMT (leaded or leadless) or thru-hole (PCB) configurations are available; units are reflowable, suitable for pick and place, or available with tape and reel packaging.

INMARSAT DIPLEXER
The INMARSAT diplexer passes the 1542 and 1644 MHz bands. The unit has less than 2.5 dB insertion loss; rejection of the adjacent band from 1626 to 1660 MHz is greater than 50 dBa, and 45 dBa from 1525 to 1559 MHz. SMT (leaded or leadless) or thru-hole (PCB) configurations are available, and units are reflowable.

DIPLEX FILTER FOR CATV/HFC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS
These diplexers are for CATV applications and distribution systems. The low split insertion loss is 1 dB max. at 5-631 MHz, with 45 dB rejection at 770-860 MHz; group delay is less than 2 ns variation in any 15 MHz window. The high split insertion loss is 1 dB max. at 770-860 MHz with 45 dB rejection at 5-631 MHz; group delay is less than 3 ns variation from 770-860 MHz.
